⢠Implementing and customizing Salesforce processes based on business requirements. ⢠Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders across the organization to optimize workflows and ensure alignment. ⢠Managing permissions, providing user support and building reports and dashboards. ⢠Participating in cross-organizational projects to enhance and expand system functionality.
đŻ Requirements
⢠At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation (including Sales Cloud / Service Cloud). ⢠Strong business and process understanding. ⢠Business Analysis experience ⢠Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports. ⢠Advantage: Experience with APIs, integrations, and complementary tools. ⢠Good command of English.
