• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients • Work with warm leads provided by the client database • Present products and solutions in a clear and professional manner • Support the sales cycle, including closing when applicable • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems • Manage follow-ups and ensure consistent client communication • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve performance targets
• Language Skills Czech: C2 (Professional proficiency required) • Slovak: good working level • English: good working level • Previous experience in: B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center environments • Proven ability in closing sales (not only lead generation) • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Comfortable working with: KPIs and sales targets • CRM systems and structured workflows • Nice to Have Experience with technical or industrial products • Background in sales, business, or engineering
