📋 Description

• Develop and execute a global privacy roadmap • Act as subject matter expert on global privacy laws • Partner with Sales and Legal for Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) • Collaborate with Product and AI Operations teams • Embed privacy requirements in product development and onboarding processes • Oversee third-party vendor privacy due diligence • Lead Global Privacy Incident Response Team • Manage Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and audits • Foster culture of privacy awareness within the organization • Lead and scale global privacy team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data privacy, legal, or compliance • At least 5 years in a global leadership role • Experience in BPO, SaaS, or Tech sectors • Experience managing diverse teams across multiple jurisdictions • JD or equivalent advanced degree (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, or Business (required) • CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and CIPM (IAPP) certifications (highly preferred) • Deep understanding of data flows in cloud infrastructure and AI/ML pipelines • Experience managing remote, multicultural teams
