📋 Description
• managing the full-cycle recruiting process • sourcing talent through various channels/tools • conducting initial phone screens • coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team members • preparing interview materials and debriefs • extending offers of employment • negotiating salary and benefits • communicating with new hires prior to start date • orienting new employees on their first day • tracking metrics related to the recruiting function
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required • Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
