📋 Description

• Own workforce planning, job design, and recruiting sprints end-to-end (sourcing → structured interviews → offers → onboarding). • Build and evolve our employer brand: career site, job descriptions, social/LinkedIn campaigns, and Glassdoor strategy. • Administer and continuously improve BambooHR: data hygiene, workflows, approvals, permissions, reporting, and integrations (ATS, payroll, LMS, collaboration tools). • Plan and execute unforgettable team experiences: in-person meet ups, annual leadership summits, firm meetings—own budgets, logistics, and run-of-show. • Ship the weekly Bright!News and People Ops updates; bring transparent metrics to leadership Calls with clear decisions and next steps. • Partner with leaders on performance, feedback rituals, and manager enablement; ensure policies are current, clear, and on brand. • Own compliance hygiene in partnership with advisors and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Ops/HR or Talent, with experience owning recruiting pipelines and an HRIS (BambooHR preferred). • A builder’s mindset: you enjoy designing systems, SOPs, and dashboards that scale. • Strong comms chops—clear writer/editor with a feel for brand tone across internal & external channels. • Event producer energy: organized, calm under pressure, and detail-obsessed. • Data-literate operator comfortable with metrics, reporting, and translating insights into action. • Experience in remote-first, high-growth environments; global employment familiarity a plus.
