📋 Description

• Support Upani in shaping and advancing new projects focusing on environmental conservation, climate resilience, and community engagement • Conduct research on conservation strategies, climate action frameworks, and sustainability best practices • Support the design of new environmental and community programs, including drafting proposals and concept notes • Assist in creating presentations, reports, and awareness materials • Collaborate with the Upani team through virtual meetings and digital tools • Contribute ideas for community engagement campaigns around conservation and sustainability • Minimum 3 months duration with possibility of extension based on performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment) in Environmental Studies, Climate Science, Sustainability, Development Studies, or related fields • 0–2 years of relevant experience (students and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply) • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace • Plus: Experience with data visualization, GIS, or digital media tools is an advantage • Passion for climate action, conservation, and sustainability • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute new ideas
