📋 Description

• - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes. • - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices. • - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner. • - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process. • - Create a positive candidate experience for all applicants, whether selected or not. • - Perform other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor's Degree preferred • - 2+ years of GTM full-cycle recruiting experience with a SaaS company. • - Extensive experience with MS Office suite of software • - Proven analytical and problem-solving ability • - Excellent interpersonal skills • - Excellent oral and written communication skills • - Strong attention to detail • - Unquestionable integrity and reputation for maintaining confidentiality
