📋 Description
• Recruit, onboard, develop, coach and lead a team of Mobile Mortgage Specialists (MMS) to ensure a high-performance sales culture, differentiated customer experience, strong partnerships and market penetration beyond mortgages. • Develop and execute the district's market strategy to enhance TD’s brand and positioning in Mortgage and Home Equity lending. • Champion digital sales enablement for seamless customer experiences across both digital and human touchpoints.
🎯 Requirements
• An undergraduate degree or community college diploma or equivalent professional experience preferred. • Minimum 6+ years of People Management experience, with proven success in sales leadership. • Demonstrated expertise in mortgage lending, local market development, and business growth strategies.
