📋 Description

• Deliver regular and ad-hoc management reporting, including weekly/monthly dashboards and performance and operational updates • Collaborate across teams • Highlight key themes, trends, and actions in reporting • Track business initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables • Maintain and monitor project plans • Drive progress through action tracking, follow-ups, and accountability • Document workflows and support process improvement • Own structure and logistics for recurring business reviews, OKR reviews, and project check-ins • Create agendas and circulate pre-reads • Capture minutes, decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines • Maintain action logs and ensure follow-through • Build and refine executive-level PowerPoint decks for leadership updates and strategic initiatives • Translate complex information into clear narratives, charts, and concise summaries • Draft status notes and recaps on behalf of the business head • Act as a trusted partner to the business head by anticipating needs, prioritizing requests, and managing deadlines • Support offsites and quarterly/strategic planning activities • Coordinate cross-team communication

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in quantitative modelling and analytics • Experience with project tracking and programme management • Ability to maintain alignment with key objectives • Experience with management reporting, project coordination, meeting management, and executive presentation support • Proactive, highly organized, and analytical • Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders • Ability to translate complex activity into clear, decision-ready outputs • Ability to deliver accurate, timely, and audience-appropriate reporting • Ability to maintain data integrity, documentation, and version control • Experience tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables • Experience maintaining and monitoring project plans • Experience with action tracking, follow-ups, and accountability • Experience documenting workflows and enabling efficient practices • Experience owning recurring forum structure and logistics • Experience creating agendas, circulating pre-reads, and capturing minutes, decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines • Executive-level PowerPoint presentation skills • Ability to turn complex information into clear narratives, charts, and concise summaries • Ability to draft business communications • Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize requests, and manage deadlines • Experience supporting offsites and quarterly/strategic planning activities
