• Administers the software asset management tool and the licensing database, collects proof of entitlement, reviews and processes licensing terms and conditions, uploads in the compliance tool in order to get a current software licensing database. • Acts as a user interface in order to analyze and approve software requests according to software availability and company’s standards, challenges business justifications and researches and proposes alternatives according to Company’s best practices. • Partners with global IT and Business community to ensure compliancy, performs the gathering and monitoring of software counts / subscriptions, suggests and coordinates software cleanups, and monitors any installations in breach. • Suggests, maintains and performs continuous process improvements according to the Software Asset Management Mission, driving efficiency, compliance and cost savings. Maintains the Software Asset Management dashboards. • Additional duties as assigned
• No prior experience necessary. • Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Technical / IT Background Field of Study preferred. • Bachelor's Degree with Technical / IT Background field of study required. • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed. • Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills. • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information. • Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish. • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills. • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities. • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others. • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others. • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology. • Able to use relevant computer system applications at an advanced level.
