📋 Description

• 各業務部門と連携し、社内業務の課題や要件を整理する • Microsoft Power Platform（Power Apps / Power Automate）を活用した業務アプリケーションおよびワークフローを設計、開発、運用する • 情報ソースから必要なデータを収集・分析し、最適な解決策を提案する • 業務要件や機能仕様を分析し、設計、開発、テスト、導入、運用サポート、改善・機能追加まで一貫して担う • 複数の業務領域におけるビジネス要件を分析し、アプリケーションソフトウェアやパッケージ製品を評価する • 業務課題を解決するためのプロセスや運用手順を設計・改善する • アプリケーションコンポーネントやシステム連携インターフェースを開発・設定する • 変更管理および本番環境での検証プロセスを調整・スケジュールし、関連ドキュメントを作成する • 社内標準の遵守を確認し、システム連携課題に対応し、成果物をバージョン管理する • アーキテクチャ標準、開発手法、ベストプラクティスに準拠して業務アプリケーションを開発する • テスト計画を策定し、単体・結合テスト結果を検証し、回帰テストおよび統合テストを実施する • 他のIT部門と連携してプロジェクトを推進し、システム導入・運用を支援する • 要件をシステム設計へ落とし込み、影響分析、詳細設計書作成、成果物のバージョン管理を行う • その他、会社から指示された関連業務

🎯 Requirements

• システム開発またはアプリケーション開発における実務経験3～5年以上 • 要件定義、設計、開発、運用のうち複数工程をリードした経験 • Power Platformに限らず、kintone等のワークフロー／ローコード開発ツールを活用した経験 • 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（必須） • 英語：基本的な読み書きができるレベル • 論理的かつ明確なコミュニケーション能力 • 関係者向けプレゼンテーション資料の作成および説明スキル • 最小限の指示のもと、自律的に業務を推進できる方 • 新しいシステムやテクノロジーを迅速に習得できる方 • Power Apps、Power Automateを利用した開発経験 • Microsoft 365環境の変更や刷新に伴うシステム移行・改修経験 • AI活用による業務効率化・高度化に関する知識、興味、または実務経験 • 英語による基本的なコミュニケーション（読み書き）が可能な方
