📋 Description
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, visual designers, and media developers to create instructional content • Design, write, and edit clear and engaging interactive instructional content that models and practices accurate language usage • Ensure content meets internal curriculum and style guidelines, as well as appropriate educational standards • Develop and manage project plans to coordinate the work of subject matter experts, curriculum development, and media development teams • Ensure project milestones are achieved within set deadlines • Use proprietary software tools to implement, review, and publish final content
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Second Language Acquisition, Linguistics, Education, or a related field • Five years' experience in instructional design or curriculum development for language acquisition • Experience learning or researching a Native American or endangered language • Excellent writing and editing abilities • Native-level fluency in English, plus proficiency in at least one other language • Experience facilitating intercultural communication and problem-solving • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology and conditions • Strong critical-thinking, research, and problem-solving skills • Can-do attitude with openness to others’ ideas • Highly self-motivated and efficient with superb attention to detail • Ability to travel periodically for on-site work with clients
