📋 Description

• Accounting & financial reporting • Prepare and review outgoing and incoming invoices • Accounts receivable management and dunning/collections • Ongoing maintenance and preparation of the accounting records • Coordination with the tax advisor and external partners • Ensure timely and accurate workflows • Financial overview & controlling • Contribute to forecasts, budget overviews and analyses • Maintain and monitor relevant financial KPIs • Prepare reports for management • Support month-end closings and financial analyses • Automate and optimize our finance processes • Assist with implementing digital tools and AI solutions • Structure and document internal processes • Serve as the central point of contact for finance-related matters – both internal and external • Clearly present relevant numbers and information • Support with administrative finance tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in the finance field (e.g., certified accounting clerk, tax clerk) or an equivalent qualification • Professional experience in financial accounting • Confident user of accounting software (ideally DATEV) and Excel • Structured, meticulous, and independent working style • Affinity for digital tools, automation and clean processes • Clear communication skills and strong numerical understanding
