📋 Description

• Research and analyse the market for electric water heaters and indirectly heated water tanks • Drive implementation of the business strategy and business plan to achieve sales and gross margin targets • Advise on product positioning and pricing strategy • Identify and target new clients, including customers in uncovered areas • Support marketing of the client's brands and products in the market • Generate ideas and proposals for product portfolio development • Lead regular sales to clients according to sales plans and collection of receivables • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports according to corporate templates • Keep the sales plan updated in the system and enter future sales plans • Organise and report market visits to points of sale across Traditional and Modern Trade channels • Participate in projects involving other territories within Romania and beyond based on business needs and strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in economics, technical science or other major suitable for the position • Relevant experience in field sales • Availability for frequent travel and face-to-face meetings with customers • 3–5 years in business-to-business sales • Experience with sales of professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/systems, FMCG, domestic appliances or other installation products is advantageous • Experience in an international company is advantageous • Excellent Romanian • Excellent English • Excellent or good Hungarian is nice to have • Good understanding of MS Office • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Willingness to regularly travel in the market and abroad
