📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and team members • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, scheduling updates, and hiring process information • Maintain accurate applicant records within applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases • Assist with job posting administration across approved recruitment platforms • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Support recruiting teams with interview scheduling, calendar management, and hiring coordination • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring activity summaries • Ensure recruiting documentation remains organized and up to date • Assist with onboarding coordination for newly hired employees • Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and promptly • Support compliance with company recruiting procedures and applicable employment regulations • Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred • Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, recruiting support, human resources, or related experience preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally • Reliable high-speed internet connection
