• Monitor and analyze chatbot conversations to identify errors, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Support the creation and updating of conversation flows and knowledge bases • Contribute to maintaining the brand’s tone of voice and language consistency • Organize and categorize user feedback to drive continuous bot improvement • Assist in preparing chatbot performance reports • Collaborate with customer service, product, and technology teams • Organize and maintain the generative chatbot knowledge base • Use generative AI for curation, rewriting, and standardization of content, always with human validation
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Languages, Communications, or related fields • Experience analyzing chatbot conversations or digital customer service interactions • Experience producing written content focused on clarity and effective communication • Experience with digital tools for organizing information and content • Experience working in an academic or digital educational environment (a plus) • Experience with low-code tools such as IBM Watson Assistant or similar (a plus) • Experience with UX Writing or conversational design (a plus) • Experience using generative AI in a professional context (a plus) • Experience structuring technical content (e.g., JSON or knowledge bases) (a plus) • Experience analyzing customer service or user experience data (a plus)
