📋 Description

• Program Management & Governance: Lead and structure the program in a project-manager mode: schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies between workstreams • Coordinate external providers: energy lawyer, recruitment firm, ETRM integrator, remote metering provider, EPEX partner • Manage the program budget and report on variances • Draft and maintain operational documentation, operating procedures and continuity plans • Regulatory & RTE Accreditation: Lead the preparation and submission of the accreditation file • Act as Balance Responsible with RTE • Ensure the file complies with RTE and Enedis rules: HV counting plan, IT architecture, procedures, and the subsidiary's financial capacities • Manage the relationship with RTE’s Metering Regulation Department, including informal pre-assessment • Monitor regulatory developments (adjustment mechanism, CART, CRE) and adapt processes accordingly • Technology Deployment (ETRM, Forecasting, Telemetry): Lead the selection and implementation of an ETRM SaaS solution in collaboration with the Group IT department • Negotiate and finalize the delegated market access agreement for EPEX SPOT (Day-Ahead + Intraday) with a clearing member • Supervise initial Day-Ahead (DA) submissions and intraday (ID) retrading decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex multi-vendor projects (IT, regulatory, construction) • Background in renewable energy (solar PV and wind) with an understanding of forecasting constraints and production variability • Experience structuring a subsidiary or dedicated market entity for market activities as a Balance Responsible or within the balancing/trading team of an RES player, utility, or aggregator • Operational experience on EPEX SPOT markets (Day-Ahead and Intraday) • Knowledge of RTE balancing rules and imbalance pricing (NEBEF mechanism, aFRR); at minimum you should be monitoring these
