📋 Description

• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay scales and compensation policies. • Conduct salary movement studies, promotions, job placements and merit assessments. • Perform salary surveys and market competitiveness analyses. • Prepare compensation and headcount KPIs, dashboards and management reports. • Own the entire personnel budget cycle and financial projections related to payroll. • Manage variable compensation, bonuses, profit sharing (PLR) and incentive programs. • Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance practices and labor legislation. • Support job evaluation processes, job descriptions and organizational design. • Propose improvements and automations for processes and controls in the area. • Act as a consultative partner to leaders and business areas on compensation matters. • Participate in strategic HR projects, organizational transformation and structure reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources or related fields. • Advanced Excel skills. • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar). • HR systems/ERP experience. • Knowledge of labor legislation as applied to compensation. • Familiarity with compensation methodologies and salary structures.
