β’ establish productive, professional relationships and maintain your client base to meet your assigned sales targets. β’ sales focus will be primarily directed towards End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms and OEMβs, throughout the Province of British Columbia. β’ coordinate involvement of company personnel including inside sales, support and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations. β’ proactively assess, clarify and address customers' needs on an on-going basis. β’ complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards. β’ negotiate terms of sale within authority limits. β’ meet with new and existing client base to maintain and expand business relationships. β’ ability to travel the BC territory on a regular basis is required. β’ stay abreast of current products, features, and industry and company standards. β’ provide market feedback. β’ report to the National Sales Manager.
β’ post-secondary degree or diploma from an Engineering/Engineering Technologist/Technician discipline and/or 5 years of experience in a strategic sales environment is preferred. β’ experience with Electric Motors and Industrial Sales is desirable. β’ client focused motivated team player possessing a strong desire to succeed. β’ excellent presentation skills to deliver information to clients. β’ client negotiation and relationship management. β’ analytical and issue resolution skills. β’ demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. β’ strong interpersonal and organizational skills. β’ PC proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Dynamics CRM. β’ must be legally able to work in Canada, without sponsorship.
