TECSA is a Kyiv-based industrial supplier and solutions provider that equips laboratories and manufacturing plants with filtration systems, filter elements (bag, cartridge, capsule), filter housings, regeneration and solvent-handling equipment, and industrial filtration accessories. The company also distributes laboratory and analytical instruments (IR spectrometers, XRF/XRD, chromatographs, microscopes, incubators, mycotoxin test systems) as well as chemical raw materials and color-matching equipment for paints and coatings. TECSA offers turnkey laboratory and production solutions, technical service and support for industrial and R&D customers.

📋 Description

• Lead the mobile development with React Native from a technical perspective; • Work hands-on in the design, development and evolution of mobile features; • Define architecture standards, code organization, componentization, navigation, state management, and API integration; • Ensure quality, performance, stability and a good user experience on Android and iOS; • Support the evolution of applications integrated with PHP/Laravel, MySQL, HTML and JavaScript environments; • Participate in technical decisions involving frontend, backend, APIs, authentication, security and observability; • Conduct code reviews, pair programming and mentorship of developers; • Support the setup of build pipelines, testing, versioning and app store publication; • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Backend and Data teams; • Handle incident analysis, critical bugs and performance issues in production; • Help reduce technical debt pragmatically and with an impact-oriented approach; • Contribute to the technical standardization and evolution of mobile products.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in mobile development; • Practical experience with React Native; • Knowledge of React and the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem; • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs; • Knowledge of authentication, session management, secure storage and mobile security best practices; • Experience with Git, code review and version control; • Experience publishing and maintaining Android and iOS applications; • Ability to diagnose performance issues, crashes and behaviors in production; • Experience leading people or development efforts technically; • Good communication with technical and non-technical teams. • **Nice to have** • Knowledge of Laravel/PHP; • Knowledge of MySQL; • Experience with GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Firebase, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub or similar); • Knowledge of Azure; • Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting and feature flags; • Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications; • Knowledge of automated mobile testing; • Experience with offline-first architecture and data synchronization; • Knowledge of OWASP Mobile, accessibility and observability; • Experience in SaaS, healthtech, fintech, marketplace or B2C/B2B2C digital product companies.
