📋 Description

• Own discipline-specific deliverables while coordinating with clients and design partners. • Deliver small projects and support larger projects under the mentorship of a more senior engineer. • Develop accurate, coordinated designs while building independence through strong documentation habits. • Design systems, prepare drawings, specifications, and calculations, and produce coordinated deliverables—either independently or with the production team. • Develop client relationships through clear communication, reliable follow-through, and coordination support.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical or field experience. • 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across multiple projects. • Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage disciplines). • Experience leading BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline resolution. • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage workloads across several projects. • Solid technical understanding of technology systems and engineering principles.
