📋 Description

• Build and develop customer relationships around AI and automation topics • Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases • Conduct meetings, workshops, and appointments with clients and business units • Translate customer requirements into concrete solution approaches together with the AI team • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Product team, and other customer-facing teams • Support building repeatable consulting and delivery models around AI • Document, prioritize, and internally communicate relevant requirements and insights derived from customer work • Actively shape and advance the AI topic within tegosgroup

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree can be helpful — however, practical relevant experience and the ability to drive initiatives independently are more important to us • Ideally experience in a technology-driven environment, consulting, or a high-growth company • Practical experience with AI, automation, or digital process solutions — preferably not only conceptual but also hands-on • Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer problems into concrete use cases • Confident communication when interacting with customers, business units, and internal stakeholders • Basic technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and digital systems • Excellent German skills and good English skills • Willingness to travel nationwide for client meetings
