📋 Description

• Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, application development, and operations teams to identify and drive solutions for Azure security projects and challenges • Define, document, and implement security controls for Azure cloud services and workloads • Establish and maintain security monitoring and governance for Azure environments using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft Sentinel • Design and implement Azure Policy definitions, initiatives, and governance frameworks aligned with the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework • Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in Azure security operations • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on Azure security best practices for internal teams • Ensure Azure cloud technologies are securely integrated and systems are continuously monitored and protected against potential threats

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in information security domains, including threat modeling, secure coding, DevOps, and network security • 5+ years of experience with deep understanding of cloud security principles and specific Microsoft Azure expertise • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Policy, Azure Bastion, Azure Key Vault, CrowdStrike, and Wiz • Experience with Azure network security, NSGs, ASGs, and Azure Firewall • Expertise in Azure Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Landing Zones implementation preferred • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Workload Identities, and Service Principals preferred • Experience with Azure Front Door and Virtual Network security preferred • Proficiency with Azure Policy, Azure Blueprints, and policy-as-code implementations preferred • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM and SOAR preferred • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Arc preferred • Experience with Bicep, ARM Templates, Terraform, and security validation preferred • Knowledge of Azure Compliance Manager and Azure Policy compliance assessments preferred • Experience with hybrid cloud security and Azure Arc for multi-cloud/on-premises governance preferred • Relevant cloud security certifications preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying technical levels • Demonstrated success supporting large-scale Azure programs, preferably within a global organization • Identity and credential verification, interviews, and fraud screening are part of the hiring process
