📋 Description

• Analyze data and advanced voice circuits after maintenance activities, ensuring service quality and preventing repeat maintenance • Analyze the data and advanced voice circuit inventory to identify optimization opportunities in transport routes and/or the IP network • Prepare technical documentation proposing improvements to transport routes and/or the IP network following major incidents • Monitor the regional repair and service queues • Provide support to the field technician team in handling repairs and service requests • Analyze and monitor decommissioning projects for legacy network platforms • Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the work area • Perform other activities of a similar nature, level of complexity, and responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electronics, information technology, or a related field • At least 6 months of experience in the role is preferred • Analysis and configuration of TCP/IP network protocols (IPv4 and IPv6) • Knowledge of the OSI Model • Analysis and configuration of static and dynamic network routing (IPv4 and IPv6) • Basic configuration of Cisco and HP routers • Basic configuration of Aruba and D-Link switches • Knowledge of TDM and SDH transport networks • Knowledge of wireless networks • Intermediate Excel proficiency • Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency • Knowledge of SD-WAN equipment • Troubleshooting of Alcatel, Huawei, and Bosch SDH networks • Troubleshooting of Huawei, Padtec, and NEC PTN networks • Troubleshooting and configuration of Layer 3 switches • Basic knowledge of VPN configuration • Basic knowledge of ACLs and VoIP • Knowledge of other tools included in the basic software suite
