• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the BPO industry • Strong understanding of BPO operations, processes, and technologies • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Proficiency in instructional design principles and learning management systems • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Certification in training and development is a plus
