📋 Description

• Shape end-to-end solution proposals aligned with customer strategy, business goals, and long-term value • Act as a trusted advisor in customer dialogues • Lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and build long-term partnerships • Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and service owners • Ensure solutions are commercially sound, scalable, and deliverable • Bring structure and clarity to complex environments • Help stakeholders make informed decisions • Influence and evolve the managed services offering • Mentor colleagues and contribute expertise • Support customers and contribute to the continued development of managed network services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role within a network services portfolio • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders • Strong understanding of business value, customer outcomes, and long-term partnerships • Experience shaping services and solutions within network environments • Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead in complex and ambiguous situations • Strong communication skills • Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken • Eligibility to work in Sweden • Background and reference checks are part of the process
