📋 Description

• The Senior Director, Business Development is responsible for leading relationships with key strategic accounts and cultivating relationships with prospective key client accounts. • The director will ensure that all account-related work, from strategic development through execution, exceeds client expectations. • Identify target accounts to optimize services and communicate TELUS Digital’s capabilities to clients. • Competently articulate product capabilities to successfully implement technology solutions. • Collaborate with our solution architects and product teams to create executive-level proposals, presentations, and statements of work for prospective and active accounts. • Cultivate and expand relationships with the senior leadership of existing clients. • Advise TELUS Digital internal teams on industry and vendor trends to remain well positioned to support our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience at an agency or professional services consultancy delivering digital products to financial services client accounts (Fortune 5000 or equivalent). • Ability to balance growth-strategy work with operational project responsibilities, including digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and multiple workflows. • Ability to identify and characterize business problems while demonstrating a strong sense for value to discern what matters most. • Plan and scope the underlying analyses needed to answer critical questions. Understand the data required, obtain it as needed, and deliver fast, error-free analysis. Leverage quantitative tools for the bulk of analytical work, analyze the data, and translate findings into meaningful insights and recommendations. • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of an organization. The ideal candidate excels in client engagement and has the senior-executive presence necessary to influence key stakeholders.
