📋 Description
• Assist in managing the budget related to network activities. • Schedule appointments and exams, ensuring compliance with client SLA deadlines. • Perform pre- and post-appointment and exam activities, ensuring process quality and efficiency. • Monitor and report on deadline compliance and client satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma. College degree in Administration or a related field in progress or completed is desirable. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Provide empathetic, people-centered service. • Good communication skills. • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
