⢠5+ years of progressive HRBP experience with significant international/overseas exposure. ⢠Proven track record in the gaming industry, preferably with experience supporting game development studios. ⢠Demonstrated success in supporting distributed/remote international teams. ⢠Deep understanding of international employment laws and compliance requirements. ⢠Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics for international operations. ⢠Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse international teams. ⢠Experience with game development lifecycle and understanding of studio operations. ⢠Background in supporting creative/technical teams in fast-paced gaming environments. ⢠Knowledge of gaming industry trends and talent market dynamics.
