📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, clean, well-tested backend services using Python and SQL • Implement security rule engines, policy checks, and threat detection mechanisms within cloud APIs • Monitor, debug, and optimize backend systems for high availability, microsecond latency, and stability • Collaborate with security researchers, frontend developers, API developers, and infrastructure teams to turn technical requirements into production-ready backend code • Interface with AWS Step Functions, Batch jobs, and Athena queries

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, including object-oriented programming, data structures, asynchronous coding, and testing frameworks • Basic familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS • Understanding of networking primitives including VPCs, Security Groups, and Load Balancers • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Security, or equivalent practical experience • 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates with relevant project or internship experience encouraged • Exposure to stream processing, batch processing, or data pipeline tools such as Glue, PySpark, or Pandas is a plus • Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure-as-Code such as CloudFormation
