📋 Description

• Consolidate FTL operations in Brazil • Build and expand the carrier network • Activate clients and ensure end-to-end operations • Drive adoption of the FTL platform among customers and suppliers • Define and optimize rates with a focus on competitiveness and profitability • Adapt the business model to the needs of the Brazilian market • Monitor operational performance (costs, lead times, SLAs, service quality) • Coordinate with Technology on product improvements and integrations • Work with Finance on cost and margin analysis • Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Pricing to scale the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business or related field • Fluent Spanish (required) • Experience in market entry or business development • Experience in commercial strategies and customer prospecting • Experience building partnerships or supplier networks • Knowledge of logistics and road transport (FTL/LTL) • Experience in B2B supply chain services • Experience in freight/forwarding (highly valued) • Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools • Strong results orientation and execution focus • Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-changing environments • Courses or certifications in logistics or supply chain (desirable)
