📋 Description

• Research, identify, and qualify potential clients, adding 250 new leads into the CRM per week. • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using Cold Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn Outreach, and Social Selling Strategies. • Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM. • Support setup and management of outbound sales tools. • Help craft clear, engaging messages that resonate with prospects and clients. • Monitor outreach performance and conversion metrics. • Prepare weekly reports detailing activity, response rates, meetings booked, and key insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Native English speaker (written and spoken). • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). • Experience with setting up and managing sales or marketing tools; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies. • Proven experience interacting with customers or clients in a sales or marketing capacity. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adjust strategies as needed. • Strong motivation and willingness to learn will be considered; we are willing to mentor the right candidate to help them grow in the role.
