• Prospectar empresas que encajen con el perfil ideal de cliente (ICP) usando diferentes canales: llamadas, LinkedIn, email, eventos, lusha, bases de datos, etc. • Ejecutar estrategias de contacto outbound de forma estructurada y constante. • Realizar discovery calls para entender necesidades iniciales de RRHH o Dirección General. • Calificar leads según criterios preestablecidos (industria, tamaño, dolor, fit cultural, etc.) • Agendar reuniones para los ejecutivos de cuenta / Enterprise Managers con leads calificados. • Documentar toda la actividad comercial en el CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o equivalente). • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y marketing para alinear mensajes y estrategias. • Dar seguimiento a leads no calificados a corto plazo para mantenerlos activos en el pipeline.
• Licenciatura en curso o terminada en áreas como Administración, Mercadotecnia, Relaciones Comerciales, Psicología Organizacional, Negocios o afines. • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en prospección comercial, desarrollo de negocio, SDR o ventas B2B. • Deseable: experiencia con servicios intangibles o soluciones enfocadas a RRHH, bienestar o cultura organizacional. • Comprensión completa de técnicas de prospección y negociación. • Conocimiento de plataformas como: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io o similares.
