• 2–4+ years in Sales, BDR/SDR, Appointment Setting, or High‑Ticket Closing • C1+ English (spoken + written) • Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Close, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar tools • Ability to manage high‑volume pipelines and hit KPIs • Self‑motivated, organized, and performance‑driven
