📋 Description

• Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in driving MQLs • Support development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives • Support A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance • Develop Learning plans that allow for systemic improvement in website performance • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and provide real-time insights to stakeholders • Develop comprehensive reports on marketing performance and ROI • Ability to tell a story through the analysis of data • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on data requirements and insights • Partner with technology and product teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility • Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences • Conduct weekly/monthly meetings focused on reviewing weekly/monthly performance of marketing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience • 2+ years of digital analytics • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email) • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
