📋 Description

• Support decision-making for all store-related matters • Serve as the central driver of the team’s success • Coach team members with tact and sensitivity • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations • Apply creativity to the layout and presentation of the sales floor • Coordinate the team and create flexible staff schedules • Monitor sales and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail (e.g., retail sales specialist) • Ideally, prior experience as a Store Manager • Authentic personality with professional retail experience • Passion for creating unique customer experiences • Proactive people leader • Empathetic and solution-oriented • Affinity for current fashion trends • Positive demeanor • Ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations • Brand affinity and knowledge of textiles
