• Edit high-performing short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). • Analyze Meta Ads performance metrics to identify winning and underperforming creatives. • Improve existing ads based on campaign data, audience behavior, and funnel performance. • Develop compelling hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs, and storytelling that increase conversions. • Repurpose top-performing creatives into multiple testing variations. • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ad concepts. • Stay current with Meta advertising trends, creative best practices, and competitor strategies. • Organize project files and consistently deliver high-quality work on deadline.
• Proven experience editing direct-response Meta ads. • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager metrics, including: CTR • Hook Rate • Hold Rate • Watch Time • CPA • CPC • CPM • ROAS • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into better-performing creatives. • Experience creating video ads designed to generate leads or sales—not just views. • Strong copy instincts for hooks, captions, and calls-to-action. • Experience with A/B creative testing. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
