• Lead the end-to-end production of creative campaigns across digital, social media, and marketing channels. • Manage project timelines, priorities, and creative resources to ensure on-time delivery. • Coach and mentor designers, video editors, and creative specialists to consistently produce exceptional work. • Review creative assets for quality, brand consistency, and platform requirements before delivery. • Partner with clients and internal teams to turn business goals into effective creative solutions. • Identify production bottlenecks and improve workflows, SOPs, and quality assurance processes. • Drive continuous improvement through better systems, reporting, and creative operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading creative production, creative operations, or project management within an agency or high-volume marketing environment • Experience managing designers, video editors, copywriters, or multidisciplinary creative teams • Strong project management skills with tools like Basecamp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms • Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud • Experience implementing quality assurance processes and reducing production errors • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Available to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
