• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across your target market • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through proactive outbound activity • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close • Execute value-based, consultative selling • Deliver accurate weekly forecasting and pipeline discipline using CRM • Collaborate with marketing, SDRs and product teams to drive campaign success

• Proven track record of acquiring new logo clients • Experience in consultative selling • Strong pipeline and ARR growth • Proficiency in CRM and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) • Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills
