The service provides an app and website to view exact or reconstructed cruise routes (reliable from 2015 onward), offers membership support options while keeping the core product free, and partners with The Cruise Maps to sell high-quality print maps of cruises. Upcoming features include cruise countdowns, predictive routes, social interactions, and planned support for river cruises.

📋 Description

• Design visually compelling layouts for promotional, lifecycle, and campaign emails across The Cruise Globe and The Cruise Maps • Arrange brand assets, product imagery, logos, and copy into clean, conversion-focused designs • Build and maintain email templates directly in Klaviyo, ensuring they are mobile-responsive and render correctly • Apply strong typography, colour, and visual hierarchy to every email • Design animated elements and GIFs where appropriate to improve engagement • Work within TCG and TCM brand guidelines to ensure every email feels cohesive and on-brand • Build and maintain a reusable template library • Ensure design consistency across all email flows, launches, and one-off campaigns • Work closely with the Head of E-commerce to translate campaign objectives into effective visual designs • Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly on designs • Support A/B testing by producing creative variations based on performance data • Stay current with email design trends, best practices, and e-commerce and travel performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on email design for e-commerce or DTC brands • Strong portfolio of email campaigns and graphic design work demonstrating layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator • Experience designing and building emails in Klaviyo or a comparable professional email platform such as Mailchimp or HubSpot • Solid understanding of mobile-responsive email design and rendering across different clients and devices • Strong aesthetics, balance, and commercial design judgment focused on driving clicks • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • C1/C2 level written and spoken English; communication must be clear and professional • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Comfortable working within UK timezone overlap hours • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email is nice to have • Motion graphics or GIF animation experience is nice to have • Background in travel, lifestyle, or product-based e-commerce brands is nice to have • Access to reliable, high-speed fibre internet with a backup option • Own computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite and Figma without performance issues
