📋 Description

• Du baust ein hochinnovatives MedTech-Tool. • Du agierst als Techical Lead im Team, triffst Architekturentscheidungen und machst Code-Reviews. • Du designst, entwickelst und pflegst Backend-Services und codest APIs. • Du arbeitest mit Frontend-Entwicklern zusammen, um End-to-End-Webanwendungen zu bauen. • Du übernimmst das Cloud-Deployment, Monitoring und die Zuverlässigkeit der Services. • Du sicherst Codequalität, Testing, Dokumentation und DevOps-Best-Practices. • Du brainstormst mit Produktmanagern und R&D-Ingenieuren über die Produkt-Roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Mindestens 5 Jahre in einer Festanstellung in der Backend- oder Fullstack-Entwicklung gearbeitet. • Expert KnowHow mit Python und FastAPI. • Erfahrung im Entwickeln von skalierbaren RESTful APIs. • Tiefes Verständnis für relationale Datenbanken und Datenmodellierung (z. B. PostgreSQL). • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen und Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). • Erfahrung mit Containern (Docker) und CI/CD-Workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). • Interesse daran, ein kleines Engineering-Team fachlich zu leiten. • Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, WebSockets, Identity Providern (OAuth 2.0) und Monitoring (Grafana). • Grundkenntnisse in Frontend-Technologien wie React und TypeScript. • Idealerweise bereits im MedTech-Bereich oder einem anderen stark regulierten Bereich gearbeitet. • Fließend Englisch und mindestens A2 Deutsch.
