• Lead Regional and Local Market Activation • Translate national brand strategy into regional and local market programs including Heinz Verified expansion • Adapt brand extensions and partnership initiatives into locally relevant activations • Identify opportunities to activate against real-time and cultural moments in market • Serve as the local market expert for the assigned region • Provide local learnings and recommendations to strengthen future activations and partnership efforts • Lead execution of brand extensions and partnership activations across the assigned region • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and operators • Serve as the key marketing partner to local Sales teams, agencies, customers, and operators • Monitor quality of execution and address issues quickly
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; MBA with a marketing focus preferred • 5 to 7 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, field marketing, product management, brand management, CPG Sales, or related commercial roles • Foodservice experience preferred • Strong ability to influence and build credibility at all levels, internally and externally • Creative mindset with the ability to develop impactful marketing integrations • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proven ability to move with speed and agility, respond to changing market dynamics, and activate against real-time opportunities • Must be able to prioritize with impact • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Must be willing and able to travel up to 50 % for business
