They source products worldwide and offer a range including foosball, pinball, pool/snooker tables, arcade and retro machines, jukeboxes, darts, beer pong, simulators and related accessories. In addition to product sales and a flagship appointment-only showroom, The Men's Cave provides interior/layout consultation, bespoke installations for residential and commercial clients, event rental services, and international orders.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present Men's Cave products confidently • Handle objections, guide customers toward a decision, and close deals • Follow up consistently on open leads to maximise conversion • Maintain a positive and premium customer experience at every touchpoint • Process and verify all closed orders ensuring pricing, specifications, and customer details are accurate • Issue invoices, process deposits, and maintain accurate sales documentation • Act as the internal link between the sales team and delivery team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time • Communicate order details clearly during handoff to avoid fulfillment errors • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer profiles, deal stages, and interaction history • Compile and submit weekly pipeline and order status reports to the Sales Lead • Flag any operational bottlenecks, customer concerns, or delays proactively • Support the broader sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing or any related field • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and operations • Experience in inbound sales and customer service is highly preferred • Experience in processing and verifying sales orders is desirable.
