📋 Description

• Deliver insights using quantitative data to support our operations business • Work closely with senior leaders and executives in various teams • Collaborate with operations analysts to measure and optimize efficiency • Design and maintain analytics roadmap and milestones • Provide clarity of business performance and identify growth opportunities • Communicate product insights to business partner teams and leadership • Partner with other internal analytics teams for streamlined analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years analytics experience • 5+ years people management experience • Expert in SQL • 5+ years of experience with BI tools such as microstrategy, tableau, looker etc. • Expert in translating between practical problems and technical formulations and solutions • Proven ability to design and implement time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of the findings • Proven track record of thriving with ambiguity • Ability to travel up to 5%
