📋 Description

• Define, articulate, and execute the product vision and long-term strategy for martech • Manage multiple engineering squads, technical backlogs, and data science collaborators • Partner deeply with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising leaders • Write clear technical requirements and user stories • Build business cases, prioritize roadmap scope ruthlessly • Mentor and develop cross-functional product talent

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management with a dedicated focus on marketing technology • Direct experience designing, scaling, or managing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) • Proven technical ownership over enterprise-scale transaction/entitlement infrastructure • Proven track record of managing and leading multiple concurrent engineering squads • Strong analytical expertise utilizing data and quantitative frameworks • Exceptional technical communication skills • Ability to travel as needed, up to 10%
