โข Identify and qualify state and commercial RFPs across all three TWF divisions โข Bid-no-bid analysis with TWF leadership โข Full proposal lifecycle: kickoff, compliance matrix, schedule, color reviews, production, submission โข Coordinate SME input across TWF Founding Partners and consultants โข Build TWF's response library (past performance, key personnel, technical narratives, pricing structures) โข Post-submission tracking and debrief capture
๐ฏ Requirements
โข 8+ years experience in proposal and bid management โข APMP credential preferred โข State HHS or behavioral health contracting experience strongly preferred
