📋 Description

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales plan within the assigned territory/region, develop a healthy and accurate pipeline, and close new business • Responsible for forecasting accurately monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance • Exceed quarterly and annual quotas • Directs the selling activities within an assigned territory, inclusive of resource deployment and the majority of direct communication • Deliver exceptional online and on-site product presentations to both small and large groups • Evaluate market trends, state politics, and legislation for information that affects the current and future growth of regional sales and profitability • Engage potential clients in meaningful discussions regarding their needs and goals in order to cultivate a convincing or persuasive solution presentation • Adaptively present solutions in a consultative approach and advance new business in a complex K-12 business environment • Consistently report on new and expansion business opportunities to strategize on efforts to progress towards a close • Travel up to 15-20% or as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Enterprise or B2B complex sales experience • Enterprise software sales experience, preferably in K-12 curriculum and professional learning software platforms • Demonstrated experience working with a variety of technology and technology platforms • Hubspot CRM familiarity is a big plus
