📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function in our startup tech company. • The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing the HR team, and handling employee concerns related to payroll and company policies. • Lead and manage the recruitment process for the company, including creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. • Supervise and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the technology industry. • Handle employee concerns related to pay, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll. • Establish and maintain company policies, ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations for contractors and employees. • Assist in probationary evaluations and provide feedback to leaders on the probationary performance of their members. • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and termination procedures. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment, policies, and payroll, and make recommendations for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on technical recruitment. • Background in technology or related industry, with expertise in hiring developers, system administrators, client support representatives, and other necessary tech positions to be filled in a tech company. • Must have at least 3 years of work experience using HRIS, ATS, and other HR Software. • Strong understanding of international labor laws and regulations for contractors or employees. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in the English language. • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels. • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. • Familiarity with payroll processing and HR software.
