📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all VMS-related activities • Lead VMS configuration, setup, and optimization during client onboarding • Manage ongoing system administration and operational support • Partner with clients to optimize VMS usage and program growth • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions • Configure and maintain VMS modules, workflows, and permissions • Administer and support integrations between VMS platforms and systems • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Develop and maintain system documentation, reports, and analytics • Manage relationships with VMS technology providers

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) • Hands-on experience configuring or administering VMS platforms • Strong understanding of contingent workforce programs and supplier management models • Experience supporting system integrations across HR or workforce technology platforms • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business solutions • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across operational, technical, and client-facing teams • VMS platform certification or formal system training is a plus
