📋 Description

• Oversee pharmacy contractual guarantees through performance analysis, forecasting, and pricing recommendations to achieve guarantee targets • Manage provider contracts throughout the contract lifecycle and partner with cross-functional teams to support negotiations, contract performance, and strategic initiatives • Lead complex analyses, present recommendations to leadership, and serve as a subject matter expert in provider guarantees and pharmacy pricing • Manage pharmacy pricing strategies to meet contractual guarantee targets • Review provider contracts to ensure pricing terms and guarantees are accurately implemented • Track, analyze, and report provider guarantee performance • Recommend pricing and system adjustments to support contractual obligations • Maintain and enhance the provider guarantees database and reporting tools • Partner with Contracting, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to support negotiations and performance inquiries • Lead claims-based analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 plus years of equivalent work experience • Proficient with Microsoft Excel; Experience with SQL required • 3-5 years plus of experience in Financial Analysis, or related area • Demonstrate initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex matrix organizations and agile teams • Strong verbal/written communication skills to work with various matrix partners • Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred
